Shahzad Q. Qadri

Senior Partner, Wong Fleming

Shahzad Qadri is an attorney with more than 20 years of experience representing clients in the technology sector, with a current focus on privacy and corporate matters. He also advises nonprofits on formation, structuring, governance and compliance. Qadri began his law practice as a prosecutor serving King County, then subsequently joined a large litigation firm, where he focused on insurance defense and asbestos litigation representing major car manufacturers.

Qadri has been named a “rising star” in the legal profession by Law & Politics and was nominated as a fellow to the Washington Leadership Institute. He also received the John A. Gilmore Award from the Northwest Mountain Minority Supplier Development Council in recognition of his advocacy and commitment to Minority Business Enterprise development. Qadri earned his juris doctorate from the Seattle University School of Law. In his free time, he enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with his two young daughters.
