Joseph Gehrke

Trial Attorney, Seattle Litigation Group, PLLC

Joe Gehrke is a trial attorney with Seattle Litigation Group, PLLC. Gehrke represents plaintiffs and defendants in civil matters involving contract disputes, employment litigation and injuries. From time to time, he also serves as an arbitrator deciding cases.

In law school, Gehrke represented indigent juvenile defendants accused of a wide range of crimes, including homicide. He won numerous awards in law school and was selected as a judicial intern in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, an executive intern with the New Jersey State Attorney General’s office and a research assistant.

Gehrke is a member of the Washington State Association for Justice Judicial Relations Committee and the King County Bar Association Judicial Candidate Evaluation Committee. He volunteers as a pro bono attorney with the Housing Justice Project and the Boy Scouts of America.
