James Yand

James Yand has more than 20 years of experience resolving disputes for business owners and individuals in construction law, products liability, e-discovery and franchise and commercial law in the Pacific Northwest and across the United States. He has written and lectured on ethics and the impact of technology on the practice of law. Yand is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and Oregon State Bar and is a former chair of the Washington State Bar Association Professionalism Committee. He is an elected member of the Oregon House of Delegates and a member of the American Bar Association. He has taught with UW Professional & Continuing Education since 2007.
