Debra Dickerson

Counsel, Preg O’Donnell & Gillett

Debra Dickerson is an experienced civil defense litigator who has practiced law in Washington state since 1997. She is currently of counsel for the Seattle law firm of Preg O’Donnell & Gillett, defending corporations, individuals and city entities from case inception through trial. Before working with Preg O’Donnell, Dickerson defended BNSF Railway Company in crossing accidents, Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA) suits, trespasser injuries and all other areas of railroad law. 

Dickerson earned her undergraduate degree from California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo, California and her juris doctorate from Whittier College School of Law in Costa Mesa, California. She is a member of the Washington and California Bar Associations and is admitted in state and federal courts.
