Andi Tosch

Technical Writer & Editor, Salesforce

Andi Tosch is a full-time staff technical writer and editor at Salesforce who has more than 15 years experience crafting corporate communications and technical documentation. She began her communications career as a policy analyst and program manager at Microsoft, followed by seven years as a freelance technical writer, creating and editing documentation for a variety of technical clients.

Tosch is a lifelong learner who's passionate about the accessibility and reach that online learning can afford students. In 2019, she received a Teaching Excellence Award for commitment to teaching and learning as part of the instructional team for the UW Certificate in Editing. Tosch earned a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Washington, a master's degree in English from the University of Nottingham, and the UW Certificate in Technical Writing, UW Certificate in Editing, and UW Certificate in E-Learning Instructional Design from UW Professional & Continuing Education.
