Digital technology has revolutionized how we communicate and connect with information and resources. But, for the growing number of people in our world living with disabilities, technology can be difficult to access. Now more than ever, professionals need to understand the big picture of how — and why — to create accessible digital content.

In this short webinar hosted by UW Professional & Continuing Education, Sheryl Burgstahler will share insights regarding challenges some people with disabilities face when trying to access computers and digital content, why making web and mobile content and tools accessible is essential to ensure benefits for everyone and 10 tips for getting started with digital accessibility.

Part of our Expert Insights webinar series, this hour-long session offers you the chance to gain valuable knowledge from UWPCE’s expert instructors. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn more about how to make web content usable for everyone.
