About this Degree
Train as a pathologists’ assistant in this master’s program. Learn to dissect and analyze tissue samples, and assist in autopsies, disease diagnosis and medical research.
Blending study in anatomy and surgical pathology, the program includes laboratory experience, a capstone project and practicums throughout the Seattle area. The program culminates in a Master of Science in Anatomic Pathology degree.
The program is approved by the Northwest Commission of Colleges and Universities (NWCCU). It's on track to start its first cohort of students in summer 2026 and is seeking National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS) accreditation.
